The Role Would you like to join an innovative company where you’ll be responsible for keeping our sales systems accurate, connected and running smoothly, right at the heart of how orders move from click to delivery?Sitting at the intersection of IT and Sales Operations, you will work daily within our ERP and PLM platforms, maintaining accurate sales, product and customer data, troubleshooting everyday system issues, and helping the wider business get the most out of the commercial tools it relies on.Main Responsibilities Validate and maintain product data in the PLM system, ensuring records are complete and accurate before they flow through to sales order creation.Act as first point of contact for everyday ERP and PLM queries, troubleshooting routine issues and escalating more complex system problems to the Systems Manager.Monitor shared inboxes alongside other sales administrators, prioritising and managing system-related requests to keep workload flowing smoothly.Support system testing, upgrades and user acceptance testing (UAT) when new features or fixes are rolled out.Produce system reports and data extracts (for example in Excel) to support the wider Sales and Systems teams.Provide general administrative and systems support to the Systems team as needed.Raise new sales orders in the ERP system within 12 hours of receiving the request.Update existing sales orders with new information within 48 hours of receiving changes.Maintain and update customer tariff data at least twice a week, keeping master data accurate across systems.Allocate stock items to new orders and correct sales stock entries as required, working closely with warehouse and inventory systems.Collaborate with Sales, Design, Production and IT colleagues to investigate and resolve data or system discrepancies.Your Experience Proven experience in a systems administration or IT support role; experience within fashion, retail or manufacturing is beneficial.Hands-on experience with ERP and / or PLM systems is highly advantageous, and you're comfortable learning new business systems quickly.Confident using Microsoft Excel (for example VLOOKUP and pivot tables) for reporting, reconciliation and data checks, etc.Comfortable troubleshooting routine system issues, and know when to escalate to IT and the Systems team.Ability to interpret and accurately process customer purchase order documents and other structured data.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with numerical and master data.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.A clear communicator, comfortable working with both non-technical colleagues and IT or technical teams.What We Offer – DhakaMedical & Life InsuranceProvident FundGratuity FundFestival BonusLeave (as per company policy)
