Junior Tech Ops Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Monitor processing services diligently to ensure Quality Assurance (QA). Investigate production issues and apply critical hotfixes where necessary to maintain system uptime. Develop a deep understanding of operational pipelines and client onboarding processes. Proactively maintain and optimize existing infrastructure. Technical Requirements: Strong technical background with the ability to diagnose, debug, and deploy hotfixes in a production environment. Proficiency in Node.js or JavaScript in general, essential for troubleshooting and patching backend issues. Familiarity with system monitoring tools and quality assurance processes. Excellent attention to detail and ability to navigate complex operational workflows. Knowledge of web scraping or other web technologies is a strong plus and highly helpful in daily operations.
