The role is within a highly respected organisation that plays a key role in maintaining a well-regulated, secure and sustainable sector, offering you the opportunity to contribute to an environment where technology, compliance and regulation shape the industry.You will join a specialised Technical Compliance team, working alongside experienced professionals across technology, compliance and regulatory oversight, allowing you to learn from subject-matter experts and develop a strong understanding of how technology, risk and regulation come together in practice.The role involves reviewing technical applications and documentation, assessing systems and information security controls, supporting compliance and system audits, and identifying and following up on areas of risk or non-compliance, giving you hands-on experience across IT compliance, audit and regulatory assessment. You will also work with internal teams and Authorised Persons, enabling you to develop your analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills in a practical regulatory setting.You will benefit from outstanding professional development opportunities, including the opportunity to pursue recognised certifications such as CISA, empowering you to build specialist expertise and establish a strong foundation for a career in technical compliance, IT audit and regulatory oversight.You will:Review licensing applications and technical documentation for regulatory complianceSupport audits, inspections, system reviews, and post-licensing complianceIdentify and follow up on breaches, risks, and required corrective actionsPrepare reports, liaise with stakeholders, and support regulatory activitiesSkills /Experience:Academic background in IT, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting or similar, with willingness to pursue IT audit certification such as CISAStrong interest in the IT sectorAbility to identify risks and present clear recommendationsSalary / Remuneration: €35,000 - €40,000 (Depending on Experience) + equity grant and attractive benefits package.
