Junior Technician

This role is a junior role, the jobholder along with the team will execute all activities such as repairs, maintenance work on EKFC fleet 24/7.Carry out all scheduled / non- scheduled maintenance services and repairs under the guidance of the concerned supervisor in the most efficient mannerInspect and record all necessary readings on the checklistEnsure proper handling of tools and optimizes use of consumablesEnsure that all work activities are carried out in an efficient, professional and tidy manner before, after and during the jobCommunicate with supervisor on the work performed and handover jobs that are still pending before the end of the shiftUse appropriate Personal Protective Equipment's (PPE's) while performing maintenance servicesApply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 International Standards and execute his/her responsibility according to the department work procedures reflecting EKFC Quality PolicyPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements and QualificationsHigh School Certificate Qualification or equivalent qualification (must have ITI/ITC (Industrial Training Institute) Certification or equivalent qualification -Trade test certificateMinimum 3 yrs experience in similar role in ground support equipment workshops/organizations in the field of vehicle /Ground support equipment maintenanceKnowledge and working experience on Mechanical, Auto electrical, Vehicle instrumentation, Automobile Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration systems, Tyre maintenance, welding or FabricationAble to understand written and spoken EnglisTechnical & Analytical SkillsTrained in First Aid, Safety/ basic firefighting (preferred)
