Department: Technology & Business SolutionsRole OverviewWe are looking for a smart, organized, and technology-oriented fresh graduate to support our pre-sales, client coordination, and technology project management activities.The role will work across our technology services including:Web DevelopmentMobile Application DevelopmentAI & Digital SolutionsCybersecurity ServicesCloud & Technology SolutionsThe candidate will work closely with the sales, technical, development, and cybersecurity teams to understand client requirements, prepare solutions, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend client meetings and understand business and technical requirements.Prepare meeting notes, requirement documents, proposals, presentations, and project briefs.Support the pre-sales team in preparing technology solutions and commercial proposals.Coordinate between clients, developers, designers, cybersecurity teams, and internal stakeholders.Track project timelines, deliverables, pending items, and client approvals.Follow up with technical teams on project progress.Help translate business requirements into clear tasks for the development team.Support demonstrations and presentations of our technology solutions.Research technology trends, competitors, cybersecurity requirements, and potential solutions.Maintain project documentation, status reports, and action trackers.Support the preparation of proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and technical submissions.Assist the business development team in identifying additional opportunities with existing clients.What We Are Looking ForFresh graduate in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.Good understanding of websites, mobile applications, software development, and basic IT concepts.Interest in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, and emerging technologies.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to understand both business requirements and technical concepts.Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.Comfortable working with multiple projects simultaneously.Good English communication and documentation skills.Arabic communication skills are an advantage.Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, project-management tools, or CRM systems is preferred.Ideal CandidateYou do not need to be a programmer or cybersecurity engineer.We are looking for someone who can understand technology, communicate with clients, coordinate technical teams, and eventually grow into a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Specialist, or Technology Project Manager.Career PathJunior Technology Solutions & Project CoordinatorSolutions / Pre-Sales SpecialistTechnology Project Manager / Solutions ConsultantSenior Solutions Consultant / Technology Account Manager
