The individual in this role will support training programs for service professionals by delivering structured sessions, demonstrations, and workshops aligned with company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, assisting in curriculum development, coordinating training schedules, and maintaining detailed records of trainee progress and assessments. The Junior Trainer will observe and provide feedback during practical sessions, reinforce safety and quality guidelines, and help ensure that professionals meet Urban Company’s performance and customer experience benchmarks. The role involves close collaboration with senior trainers and operations teams to continuously improve training content and methodologies.Qualifications Strong training and facilitation capabilities, including the ability to conduct interactive sessions, demonstrate service techniques, and provide clear feedback to diverse groups of learners.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain concepts simply, build trust with trainees, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies, with an interest in instructional design and continuous improvement of training programs.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple training batches, maintain accurate documentation, and meet defined timelines and quality standards.Comfort with technology, including using presentation tools, training platforms, and digital documentation systems to deliver and track training.Prior experience in training, coaching, customer service, or operations in services, hospitality, or beauty/home services sectors is an advantage.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; formal training or certification in learning and development or related areas is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, with openness to flexible schedules aligned with operational needs and a strong commitment to Urban Company’s values of quality, safety, and transparency.
