We are looking for a Junior Videographer to join our Marketing Department.Junior VideographerDubai, UAE | Full-TimeWe’re looking for a Junior Videographer to join our in-house Marketing team at Elysian Real Estate.We’re looking for someone with a strong creative eye and solid shooting and editing skills who understands how to create content that works across social media. You’ll work across property, lifestyle, events and brand content as part of a fast-paced in-house creative team.What you'll be doingShoot and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedInFilm property tours, broker content, project launches, events, interviews and behind-the-scenes contentEdit engaging Reels, short-form videos and longer-form contentSet up and operate cameras, lighting and audio equipmentWork from creative briefs, shot lists and brand guidelinesContribute ideas for concepts, hooks, shots and social contentAdd music, subtitles, text, transitions and basic graphics during editingAdapt edits to current social media formats, trends and platform requirementsWork closely with our videographers, content team and wider Marketing teamOrganise footage and maintain structured project filesSupport shoots across Dubai and the UAE when requiredWhat we're looking for1–2+ years' experience in videography, video editing or content creationA strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both shooting and editing abilityGood understanding of composition, framing, lighting and camera movementExperience using professional or mirrorless camerasProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similarFamiliarity with CapCut and social-first editingBasic After Effects or motion graphics knowledge is an advantageStrong understanding of Reels, TikTok and short-form contentA good eye for visual storytelling and attention to detailAbility to take creative direction and collaborate within a teamGood time management and ability to work across multiple shoots and deadlines\xperience in real estate, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle content is a plus.A UAE driving licence is an advantage.*Please include a portfolio or showreel with your application.
