We’re Hiring: Junior Videographer / Graphic DesignerMNR is growing its marketing team and looking for a creative, energetic Junior Videographer / Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and digital content.If you enjoy turning ideas into engaging videos and graphics, keeping up with social media trends, and experimenting with new creative tools, this could be the opportunity for you.What you’ll doPlan, shoot and edit at least 2–3 reels or videos per day for MNR’s marketing and social media channels.Create eye-catching graphic content that supports campaigns, property promotions and brand activity.Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs, deadlines and campaign goals.Bring fresh, innovative ideas for content concepts, formats and trends.Use AI tools to support and enhance your creative workflow.Help maintain a consistent, high-quality visual style across MNR’s digital platforms.What we’re looking forA junior-level candidate with a genuine interest in videography, editing and graphic design.A creative eye and an understanding of engaging social media content.The ability to manage multiple content tasks and meet daily deadlines.Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools.Confidence using AI creative tools—or a strong willingness to learn them.A proactive team player who brings ideas, takes feedback well and is eager to grow.A portfolio or examples of your work are welcome—show us what you can create.Ready to turn your creativity into content?
