Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Warehouse Employee to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for young candidates with little to no professional experience who are eager to build a career in warehouse operations and parts management.You will start with practical warehouse tasks - loading/unloading, order picking, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) support, and basic inventory control - and gradually grow into a more skilled role. Depending on your strengths and interests, you can develop towards warehouse operations & equipment handling (forklift, machine handling, logistics flow) or parts management support (systems, inventory control, parts administration).For the right candidate - someone reliable, hands-on, and willing to learn - we provide internal training and a long-term career perspective.Key ResponsibilitiesPhase 1 - Foundation (e.g. first 1-3months):Assist with loading and unloading of goods, parts, and finished machinesSupport PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) - checking machines and parts for completeness, damage, and proper conditionPerform core warehouse duties: order picking, packing, shelving, and keeping the warehouse clean and organisedLearn to use the company system for basic booking in/out of inventoryFollow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environmentPhase 2 - Development (3+ months, based on performance and interest):Take on more responsibility in warehouse operations - coordinate daily workflow coordination, optimise storage, support shipping/receivingOr shift focus towards parts management support - inventory counting, system data entry, parts identification, and stock accuracyGradually prepare for a specialised role based on the chosen development trackCareer Development Path - Two TracksTrack 1 - Warehouse Operations & Equipment:Focus: Loading/unloading, PDI, forklift, machine handling, workflow coordination, team coordinationProgression: Junior Warehouse Employee → Warehouse Assistant → Warehouse Operator → Senior Warehouse OperatorTrack 2 - Parts Management Support:Focus: Inventory systems, data entry, parts identification, stock control, administrationProgression: Junior Warehouse Employee→ Parts Assistant → Parts Administrator → Senior Parts CoordinatorWe will work with you to identify the right fit based on your performance, skills, and career aspirations.RequirementsWhat We Are Looking ForMust-have:Basic computer literacy - comfortable with using a computer for data entryPhysically fit - able to perform manual labour (lifting, standing, moving goods) on a daily basisEnglish communication skills - enough to understand instructions and work with colleaguesEligible to work in the Netherlands - this role does not come with work sponsorshipResiding in or near Weert - reliable commute is essentialAble to work on-siteNice-to-have (but not required):Some interest in machinery, mechanics, or logistics (e.g., from school, hobbies, or a summer job)Experience with warehouse equipment operation (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, or other material handling equipment) or prior exposure to parts support / inventory management is a plus, but not requiredForklift certificateDutch language skills (English is sufficient for daily work)BenefitsWhat We OfferA foot in the door - start your career with a stable, international company in the machinery industryTraining & development - internal training on systems, warehouse processes, and forklift certification support for the right candidateClear career path - choose between two tracks and grow at your own paceFormal employment contract with holiday benefits and a supportive team environmentModern warehouse in Weert, easily accessible from surrounding areas
