This is a hands-on role with real ownership of tasks from day one. The ideal candidate is technically capable, eager to learn, takes initiative, and is comfortable working across multiple functions in a fast-moving international company.This role is part of a small, high-accountability team. The expectation is not just to complete tasks but to understand them, document the work, and flag issues early. Independent thinking and problem-solving are valued as much as technical skill.Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & MaintenanceBuild and update web pages, landing pages, web features, and plugins as directedMaintain and improve existing Feynlab websites across all regionsTroubleshoot and resolve website bugs, broken links, and performance issuesEnsure websites are functional, on-brand, and up to dateTest web builds across browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and responsivenessWeb Support for MarketingIn addition to primary responsibilities, this role assists with technical web support for the marketing team as directed by the Senior Developer.Build and update web pages required by the marketing team including landing pages, product pages, and campaign pagesSupport implementation of tracking tools and campaign assets as directedEnsure pages built meet performance standards - fast, responsive, and cross-browser compatibleFlag any issues that may impact marketing campaign performance or page qualityInternal Web Application SupportFeynlab is developing a suite of internal web-based tools under CEO leadership - including a proprietary CRM, a project and task management platform, and an R&D application. This role supports the testing, maintenance, and improvement of these tools.Support testing and quality assurance for Feynlab's internal web-based applicationsReport bugs and issues clearly with documentation of steps to reproduceAssist with feature updates and UI improvements as directedUse AI-assisted code writing tools where appropriate to support development tasksIT SupportProvide first-line IT support for Feynlab employees across all locations as directed by the Senior DeveloperAssist with hardware, software, email, and general office technology troubleshootingSupport IT onboarding for new employees including account setup, device configuration, and software accessMaintain IT asset records and user access logs accuratelyEscalate complex or unresolved issues to the Senior Developer promptlyDocumentationDocument completed work, recurring issues, and their resolutions clearly and promptlyContribute to IT and technical documentation in Feynbase, Feynlab's internal knowledge hubFollow documentation standards set by the Senior DeveloperShare resolutions so the wider team benefits - do not solve the same problem twiceWebsite ComplianceSupport the Senior Developer in maintaining website compliance across all marketsFlag any compliance gaps identified during website maintenance or testingProfessional DevelopmentTake ownership of your own learning and stay current with relevant web technologiesComplete any training or certifications agreed with your managerActively seek feedback and apply itWhat Success Looks LikeTasks are completed accurately, on time, and with minimal reworkIssues are identified proactively - not waited on or left for someone elseWhen something goes wrong, it is corrected, documented, and sharedIT support requests are handled efficiently and employees are unblocked quicklyDocumentation is clear, current, and useful to othersThe Senior Developer can delegate with confidenceYou are growing - taking on more independently with each passing monthIndependence & AccountabilityFeynlab values people who take ownership. Initiative is expected and rewarded.EducationA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field is preferredFor UAE visa and work permit purposes, a degree attested by the relevant authorities may be required under MOHRE guidelinesSkills & ExperienceRequiredWorking knowledge of front-end web technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScriptPractical experience with WordPress is essential - minimum 1-2 years.
