The position involves implementing front-end layouts, customizing themes, configuring plugins, and ensuring responsive, accessible, and user-friendly designs. The developer will assist in troubleshooting site issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with designers and marketers to translate requirements into functional web pages. Day-to-day tasks include content updates, minor back-end configuration, QA testing across devices and browsers, and maintaining consistent branding and design standards.Qualifications Foundational Front-End Development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience implementing responsive layouts.Basic Back-End Web Development skills, including working with PHP and WordPress CMS configuration.Responsive Web Design and Web Design skills to create visually consistent, user-focused interfaces.General Web Development experience, including building and maintaining WordPress sites and themes.Familiarity with WordPress plugins, page builders, and version control tools (e.g., Git).Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical and design specifications.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams.Relevant coursework, certifications, or practical portfolio demonstrating web projects; prior agency or freelance experience is a plus.
