ResponsibilitiesLead a maintenance team in the operation and maintenance of DTL HV, LV and DC traction power equipment to meet safety, reliability and availability criteria for the MRT system to operateMaintain the power and electrical systems for the Downtown Line HV, LV and DC traction power networkAssist in planning, scheduling and implementing projects/maintenance worksTo lead a maintenance team to carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in accordance to the work instruction and proceduresResponsible in maintaining and update work recordsUndertake tasks and projects as assigned by the superiorTo enforce Departmental Work Instructions and all rail related safety rules and proceduresResponsible for the safety of departmental staff, related contractors and others working on the Electrical Power distribution system in the MRT premisesRequirementsPossess a Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic EngineeringEntry level candidates are welcome to applyAble to perform 3 rotating shiftsAble to work on public holiday and weekendsGood interpersonal skillResourceful, self-motivated and result-orientedGood team playerAbility to identify coloursAble to work in construction environment for testing and commissioning workWe regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
