Filo’s mission is to democratize education and make high-quality learning accessible to every student worldwide.Role Description The K–12 English Teacher at Filo will design and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons aligned with curriculum standards for primary and secondary school learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, creating instructional materials, teaching classes, assessing student performance, and providing individualized support to improve reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. The teacher will use diverse teaching strategies, digital tools, and interactive activities to foster critical thinking, creativity, and confidence in students. Collaboration with academic coordinators and other educators to refine teaching practices and participate in school initiatives will be part of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills for K–12 learners.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education-related skills to design effective classroom instruction.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, student-centered interactions.Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.Prior classroom or tutoring experience with K–12 students; experience with digital or blended learning is an advantage.Ability to create inclusive, engaging learning environments and manage diverse classrooms.Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
