Position TitleK2 SpecialistLocationUnited Arab Emirates (UAE)Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be preferred.Experience Required:5–8+ YearsEmployment TypeFull-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced K2 Specialist with strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise workflow and business process automation solutions using the Nintex K2 platform.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in application development using C#, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server, along with hands-on experience integrating K2 with Microsoft SharePoint, enterprise systems, and web services. The role requires strong analytical, architectural, and client-facing skills to deliver scalable workflow automation solutions for large organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesK2 Development & Workflow AutomationDesign, develop, and implement business applications using Nintex K2 (K2 Five, K2 Blackpearl, or K2 Cloud).Build and customize SmartForms, SmartObjects, workflows, and service brokers.Automate complex business processes including approvals, document management, procurement, HR, finance, and compliance workflows.Develop reusable and scalable K2 components.Requirements Analysis & Solution DesignGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.Translate manual business processes into automated workflow solutions.Prepare technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.Estimate effort and provide technical recommendations.Integration & DevelopmentIntegrate K2 applications with:Microsoft SharePointMicrosoft Dynamics CRMMicrosoft SQL ServerREST/SOAP APIs and web servicesMicrosoft AzureERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle (preferred)Project LeadershipLead development teams and mentor junior developers.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.Manage project planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines.Coordinate with clients and stakeholders.Support deployment, testing, and production rollout.Support & MaintenanceTroubleshoot and optimize existing K2 applications.Perform upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.Provide post-implementation support.Required Technical SkillsCore TechnologiesStrong hands-on experience with Nintex K2.C# and .NET Framework / .NETASP.NET MVCMicrosoft SQL ServerJavaScript, jQueryHTML, CSSREST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XMLPreferred SkillsMicrosoft SharePoint development and administrationMicrosoft Dynamics CRMMicrosoft AzureMicrosoft Power BIBilingual application development (Arabic/English)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5–8+ years of software development experience.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Nintex K2.Experience in enterprise workflow automation and BPM solutions.Excellent communication and client engagement skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience delivering projects in the Middle East, especially the UAE, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia.Exposure to government, healthcare, insurance, and finance domains.Ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end project delivery.Experience with bilingual (Arabic/English) solutions.Certifications (Preferred)Nintex K2 Certified DeveloperMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP)Microsoft Azure CertificationsCandidate PreferenceCandidates currently based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will be given preference.Immediate or short-notice joiners are highly preferred.Kindly Share your CV at - ygoyal@pinnacleinfotech.com
