Key Account Manager The mission As a Key Account Manager , you will play a central role in winning and growing relationships with corporate clients. You will identify new opportunities, develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, and shape tailored solutions for each company’s needs. This role suits someone who enjoys building long-term trust with decision makers and working closely with colleagues to deliver a strong client experience. Your role Continue fine tuning the Up experience: imagine and share ideas, implement them! Identify new business opportunities and provide an unrivaled customer experience. What you’ll be Up to Present, promote, and sell Up’s solutions to companies. Establish, develop, and maintain professional relations with decision makers. Develop creative solutions based on clients’ needs and problems. Cross-sell and upsell our solutions and services. The essentials Minimum 3 years of solid commercial experience in a B2B Sales role in the Services Sector. Customer-oriented way of thinking with proven ability to respond quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills, ability to “open doors”, and plan ahead. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset. Team-player attitude. Valid driving license is required. Fluency in Greek. The nice-to-haves BSc in Business Administration. Familiarity with CRM tools, including Microsoft Dynamics.
