About UsRSEA Safety is Australia’s largest independent safety retailer, supplying high-quality workwear, PPE and safety equipment across Australia and New Zealand.With a strong national footprint across retail and B2B, we partner with businesses to deliver tailored safety solutions that support their people and operations.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join our team based in Hurstville, NSW.This is a predominantly office-based role with regular customer interaction and occasional travel to client sites. You'll manage a portfolio of key B2B accounts, focusing on customer relationships, account growth, service delivery and commercial performance.You'll work closely with our Account Coordinators and internal Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customer requirements and agreed service levels are consistently delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accountsBuild and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholdersConduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for growthManage pricing, margins and customer-specific requirementsMonitor customer KPIs, service levels and order fulfilmentPrepare sales, DIFOT, usage and performance reportingResolve customer issues and proactively manage expectationsWork closely with Account Coordinators, Sales, Customer Service, stores and warehousesSupport product catalogues, pricing, stock requirements and account setupAbout YouExperience in key account management or B2B account managementExperience managing large or complex customer accountsCommercially minded with a focus on account growth and retentionConfident managing pricing, margins and customer negotiationsStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsGood administration, reporting and organisational capabilityComfortable managing multiple accounts and prioritiesMicrosoft Office capability; ERP experience such as Pronto is advantageousSafety, industrial, workwear or related industry experience is advantageous but not essentialWhat We OfferBase salary + car allowance + commissionFull-time permanent position based in HurstvilleEmployee discounts across our safety product rangeTraining and career development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentHow to ApplyIf this sounds like an opportunity of interest, please apply below or contact joshua.boyd@rseasafety.com.au directly for a confidential discussion.Applicants must be permanent residents or Australian citizens to be eligible for this position.
