Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaAl Naghi Company is looking for an experienced Key Account Executive – Modern Trade to join our team in Jeddah.We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded candidate with hands-on experience in FMCG Modern Trade, strong customer-management skills, and the ability to ensure effective execution across key retail accounts.Key Responsibilities* Support the management and development of assigned Modern Trade accounts.* Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with customers, buyers, and relevant account stakeholders.* Follow up on orders, deliveries, stock availability, and collections to ensure smooth account operations.* Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, OOS, and account performance.* Ensure agreed promotions, listings, pricing, and visibility activities are executed correctly.* Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues.* Follow up on customer claims, deductions, and outstanding commercial matters.* Prepare regular sales reports, account performance updates, and action plans.* Identify potential sales opportunities and support the KAM in achieving account targets.* Conduct regular market and store visits to ensure strong execution and identify gaps.Candidate Profile* Previous experience in FMCG Modern Trade in Saudi Arabia.* Hands-on experience dealing with major Modern Trade retailers.* Previous experience handling Panda Retail Company will be a strong advantage.* Good understanding of Modern Trade operations, including orders, promotions, stock management, and customer follow-up.* Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.* Commercially minded with good analytical and Excel skills.* Ability to work independently and follow through on commitments.* Good command of Arabic and English.* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, and strong in execution.
