Apply & track with Apply EdgeMain TasksKey Account Manager (KAM )is an owner of account development on selected OBM/ODM/CSP customers. Besides of the order impact, these account play critical role on influencing the electronics value chain for the solution adoption. This role's key responsibilities will be:
- Develop Account Plan: Map out customer org, branch functions, tech roadmap, and champion network.
- Account Supply Chain Mapping: Work with SSC account managers to connect the dots and penetrate key accounts with a global scope.
- Take Leadership for Mega Projects: Take ownership of strategic initiatives and projects, orchestrating global cross-functional resources.
- Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Foster deep client intimacy and trust by leading collaborative initiatives across marketing, service, application, and team enablement, while quickly mobilizing cross-regional cross-functional support to address customer needs.
- Analyze Competitive Landscape & Expand Share of Wallet: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis within target accounts, defend and expand portfolio share of wallet, and formulate actionable penetration strategies to secure long-term positioning.
- Partner with Regional Sales & Deliver Financial Targets: Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to incubate high-value key account opportunities, assume ownership of designated financial KPIs, and drive hyper-growth across the electronics and semiconductor business.Experience
- Technical study with university degree
- Demonstrated track record of account growth, pipeline development, commercial negotiation, and successful project conversion.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Electronics industry, preferably in sales, business development, key account management, or value-chain management.
- Experience coordinating cross-regional and cross-functional teams within a global organization is preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer organization mapping, technology-roadmap analysis, supply-chain mapping, and strategic account planning.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally based on customer and project requirements.
- Excellent networking capability and the ability to develop relationships with key influencers, decision-makers, and technical champions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect market trends, customer roadmaps, supply-chain relationships, and business opportunities.
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex commercial and organizational environments.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities while maintaining clear project governance and follow-through.
- Global mindset and strong cross-cultural communication skills, with professional proficiency in English.
