Key Account Manager Food B2B (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Expert, contact person and consultant for customers in food industry
• Project responsibility: initiating, managing and implementing projects with industrial customers
• Budget planning and responsibility for own sales projects
• Strategic thinking and action in your own area of expertise
• Active networking to bring new trends to the food family
• Evaluating trends for their applicability
• Expanding ff's core competencies
• Sharing complex specialist knowledge and making it available to others
• Driving knowledge updates for processes and teams
• Collaboration with management, the team and, if necessary, across teams
• Complaint processing
• Coordinating customer care processes, in particular with regard to:o Pricing and contract designo The presentation and development of new productso The coordination of quality-related issuesExpectations:
• High motivation for independent, international sales work “Entrepreneur within the company”Industry experience in the food or related sectors
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or similar positions
• High motivated internal applicants from our PET or AGRI business were also welcome
• An empathetic, analytical thinker with strong organizational skills and confidence in negotiations
