Key Account Manager- IT Sales

Job Summary· Manage and develop key B2B customer accounts and generate new business opportunities across the UAE.· Manage and develop key customer accounts across the UAE.· Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, distributors, and end-users.· Identify new sales opportunities and generate business from existing and new accounts.· Promote IT infrastructure, networking, structured cabling, fibre optic, data centre, telecom, and ELV solutions.· Prepare and follow up on RFQs, quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.· Negotiate with customers and support the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.· Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, procurement, and operations teams.· Conduct customer meetings and regular business visits.· Maintain sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Qualifications· 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management.· Experience in IT, Networking, Telecom, ICT, Structured Cabling, ELV, or System Integration is strongly preferred.· Good understanding of IT infrastructure and networking solutions.· Experience dealing with corporate/enterprise customers.· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.· UAE market experience is preferred.· UAE Driving License is preferred.· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field is an advantage.Preferred Candidate Profile· The ideal candidate should have an established understanding of the UAE IT/ICT market, relevant customer relationships, and practical experience selling technology or infrastructure solutions.· Please apply only if your previous experience is relevant to the requirements of this position.Application· Send your updated CV to: Careers@avalonnetworks.com· Subject: Key Account Manager – Application· Salary: To be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
