They've built a strong reputation in the Qatar energy market and are now looking for a KAM to take full ownership of their most strategic account and grow it significantly.What's in it for you?QAR 25-30,000 per month base, plus bonus structureFull commercial ownership of a flagship Qatar energy accountAccount is already live and established - you're not starting coldReal room to expand the relationship into new projects and teamsA business with a strong product and the backing to support your growthWhat will you be doing?Building and owning relationships with SHES, safety, and operational stakeholders at a major Qatar energy operatorRunning briefing sessions to surface what clients actually need, then writing and closing the commercial proposal yourselfDriving adoption and utilisation of digital learning platforms across the accountProtecting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities across new projects and teams within the accountCoordinating internal delivery teams and providing leadership with a clear read on pipeline, risk, and account healthWhat do you need?A genuine understanding of the HSE/SHES landscape in oil and gas - enough to be credible in front of safety and operational stakeholders from day oneProven experience writing and closing commercial proposals - not just managing relationships, but owning the deal end to endExperience in learning technology, safety training solutions, or technical SaaS sales is a strong advantageA track record of growing accounts beyond their original scopeBased in Qatar or Dubai, with the ability to be on-site in Qatar regularlyFluent EnglishDon't worry if your CV isn't up to date.
