Key Account Manager – Panda | Modern Trade

Location: Saudi ArabiaNationality: Saudi Nationals OnlyWe are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and develop the Panda account within our Modern Trade business.Key Responsibilities* Manage the Panda account and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.* Deliver sales, profitability, collection, and distribution targets.* Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements, promotions, listings, and business reviews.* Develop account plans to drive sustainable sell-in and sell-out growth.* Manage forecasting, stock availability, OOS risks, and promotional planning.* Identify opportunities to improve assortment, visibility, distribution, and in-store execution.* Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing, and field teams to ensure excellent execution.* Monitor account performance and provide accurate sales forecasts and business updates.Requirements* Saudi National – mandatory.* Proven FMCG Modern Trade sales experience – mandatory.* Previous experience managing Panda in an FMCG sales role – strongly required.* Strong knowledge of Panda’s commercial processes, negotiations, promotions, and account management.* Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.* Ability to independently manage a major national account and deliver commercial targets.* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
