Key Account – Marine Supply Chain | UAE Marine Sales Industry Experience Required

Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 18,000–21,000 + BenefitsRole: Key Account Manager - Marine After Sales5+ Years of UAE experience specifically in Marine Supply Chain is REQUIRED.We are looking for candidates with experience in Marine, Shipyards, Marine Propulsion, Marine Engines, or Marine Equipment, particularly in Key Account Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, After-Sales, Spare Parts, Technical Sales.General logistics, freight forwarding, customs, transportation, or unrelated Oil & Gas profiles will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesManage key marine accounts and after-sales activities.Handle technical enquiries, RFQs, quotations, tenders and spare parts.Manage the complete order cycle from enquiry to delivery and payment.Coordinate with suppliers, service, logistics and finance teams.Manage inventory, sourcing and urgent deliveries.Handle Incoterms, LC/CAD, credit checks and import regulations.Resolve technical and commercial issues.Develop upselling/cross-selling opportunities and maintain customer relationships.Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.Requirements5+ years of relevant experience.Mandatory UAE Marine Supply Chain experience.Experience with shipyards, propulsion/engine OEMs or marine equipment companies required.Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical or hydraulic systems.Experience with ERP/CRM and customer portals.Strong communication, negotiation and account management skills.Maximum 1 month notice period.Target BackgroundDamen, Dubai Drydocks, Grandweld, Wärtsilä, Kongsberg, Berg Propulsion, MAN, CAT Marine, Niigata, MTU and similar marine companies.
