🚨 HIRING: SALES MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia🏗️ Industry: Construction & Infrastructure💼 Experience: 3+ Years📌 Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary : SAR 15000 - 18000 pm We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Construction Machinery to drive business development and manage key accounts across the Saudi construction and infrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with major contractors and infrastructure companies
• Identify new projects, equipment requirements and business opportunities
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closing
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and key account portfolio
• Conduct customer visits and engage with key decision-makers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates and market reports
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets

Requirements

✅ 3+ years of experience in construction machinery / heavy equipment sales✅ Strong experience with contractors, infrastructure companies and project customers✅ Experience with XCMG, SANY, Zoomlion or similar brands is highly preferred✅ Proven track record in new business development and key account management✅ Good knowledge of the Saudi construction market✅ Strong negotiation and communication skills✅ Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage✅ Valid Saudi driving license✅ Willingness to travel for customer visits🔑 Key Skills: Construction Machinery Sales | Heavy Equipment | Key Account Management | Business Development | Project Sales | CRM | Negotiation | Market Development
