We're looking for a Key Account Sales Manager to lead our efforts to build, maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers, including mass market retailers. This role represents the full range of Fringe products, including Fringe Studio and Pet Shop by Fringe Studio. You'll own the customer relationship end to end — from strategic account planning and forecasting to day-to-day service — and act as the connective tissue between our customers and internal teams like art, product development, purchasing and customer service. This mid-to-senior level role suits a relationship-driven self-starter with sharp analytical instincts, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities at once. The goal: profitable, sustained growth across our key account base.RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and grow a portfolio of national accounts across multi-channel markets, with a particular focus on mass market retailers, serving as the primary point of contact for the relationshipManage all aspects of the customer relationship, from day-to-day servicing and order support to long-range account planningPrepare and analyze sales metrics and account performance data to identify growth opportunities and white space within your assigned customer baseBuild account relationships on credibility, trust, and consistently outstanding service; design and execute an overall sales strategy to drive profitable growthLead the strategic planning process for each key account, setting annual sales objectives and financial targets in partnership with customers and internal stakeholdersProactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis, staying ahead of shifts in assortment and category strategyCommunicate all customer requirements to internal teams, including art, product development, purchasing, and customer service, so every department is alignedPrepare and deliver account reviews, forecasts, and sales presentations to keep leadership informed and customers confident in the partnershipTravel to customer headquarters, trade shows, and industry events as needed to represent Fringe and strengthen key relationshipsPerform other duties as assignedQualification RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
