Job Title: Key Account Team Leader/Supervisor- Pharma/FMCGDepartment: SalesDirect Supervisor: Regional Sales ManagerWork Location: DammamSalary: SAR 12,000- SAR 17,000 (Depending On Experience) Job Description The employee shall work as a Key Account Team Leader / Supervisor and shall be responsible for performing the following duties:Manage and follow up on assigned key customer accounts in accordance with company sales plans and policies.Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives as determined by management.Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of assigned Key Account Executives / sales staff.Prepare and implement account plans, promotions, and commercial agreements as approved by management.Negotiate with customers within the limits of authority granted by the company.Ensure proper execution of sales activities, promotions, and product availability at customer level.Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR to ensure smooth business operations.Follow up on customer payments, claims, and account reconciliations in coordination with the Finance Department.Prepare and submit required sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.Comply with all company policies, internal regulations, and Saudi Labor Law.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Business.Relevant experience in Key Account / Sales Management & Supervisory
