قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Summary:The Key Account Executive is the development ground for future Key Account Managers: supporting KAMs on large strategic accounts while independently owning a portfolio of smaller HORECA accounts end-to-end. The role builds the field discipline, product knowledge and customer-facing confidence the business needs at scale.Job Responsibilities:Sales Support• Support assigned Key Account Managers on strategic accounts — preparing account data, coordinating samples, and following through on agreed actions.• Independently manage a portfolio of smaller HORECA accounts, applying the same commercial discipline expected on larger accounts at a smaller scale.Customer Visits & Prospecting• Conduct regular, structured customer visits — not ad hoc drop-ins — building product knowledge and relationship depth over time.• Prospect for new smaller HORECA accounts (independent restaurants, cafes, smaller catering operators) to build a growth pipeline.Order Management & Follow-up• Manage order accuracy, timing and follow-up with customers and internal logistics to prevent avoidable service failures.• Follow up proactively on quotations, samples and open commitments rather than waiting to be chased.Collections Support & Customer Service• Support timely collections in line with company credit policy, escalating risk early rather than letting it accumulate.• Provide responsive, professional customer service on day-to-day queries and requests.CRM & Reporting• Maintain accurate, current CRM records for all assigned accounts — visits, opportunities, complaints and next actions.• Prepare regular activity and pipeline reports for the Key Account Manager / Head of HORECA.Market Intelligence• Report field-level intelligence on competitor activity, pricing and menu trends observed during customer visits.Product Demonstrations & New Product Introductions• Support and lead product demonstrations and tastings for smaller accounts, building comfort presenting product and application knowledge.• Introduce new products and value-added lines into the assigned account base as they launch.Complaint Handling• Take first-line ownership of customer complaints on assigned accounts, resolving what can be resolved directly and escalating appropriately.
