We're looking for an energetic and caring individual to create unforgettable experiences for our young guests. As a Kids Club Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow.Assist in organizing and facilitating age-appropriate activities, games, and educational programs for childrenEnsure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all children in the Kids ClubSupervise children's activities and maintain a high level of safety awareness at all timesCollaborate with Kids Club Manager to implement daily schedules and special eventsInteract positively with children, parents, and guardians, addressing their needs and concernsMaintain accurate attendance records and monitor check-in/check-out proceduresAssist in the proper use and care of equipment, toys, and suppliesPromote a fun and inclusive atmosphere that celebrates the multicultural environment of Abu DhabiRespond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or accidents, following established protocolsParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the Kids Club experienceQualificationsPrevious experience in childcare, camp, or recreational settings preferredStrong knowledge of housekeeping practices to maintain a clean and safe environmentGenuine enthusiasm for working with children and creating positive experiencesExcellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team membersBasic knowledge of child safety practices and first aid; CPR and First Aid certification preferredStrong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environmentFluency in English and Russian required; additional languages are a plusFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededPhysical ability to engage in active play and supervision of childrenMust be able to pass a comprehensive background checkAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environmentCreative problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situationsPatient and empathetic demeanor when working with children of various ages and backgroundsAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort; where exclusivity and luxury define every experience, every time.
