In this role, you will create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children while maintaining the highest standards of care and facility management. Working collaboratively with our Entertainment Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional experiences that keep our young guests happy and parents confident in our services.Collaborate with the Manager of Entertainment and Kids Club Supervisor to establish and maintain a secure, clean, and age-appropriate environment for all children attending the clubGreet parents and children with warmth and professionalism, ensuring all registration forms are completed accurately with comprehensive child history informationOrganize and maintain a detailed inventory of all toys, games, and equipment, promptly reporting any maintenance needs or replacement requirementsInspect all equipment and facilities daily to ensure they meet safety standards and are in optimal working conditionEnforce all club rules and regulations consistently and fairly while modeling positive behavior and inclusive attitudesExecute daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as directed by the Recreation Supervisor, adapting flexibly to accommodate diverse interests and needsKeep the club and crèche areas clean, organized, and welcoming at all times, adhering to hygiene and sanitation protocolsDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of club facilities, operating hours, current promotions, and pricing to effectively communicate with parentsRespond promptly and empathetically to children's needs, concerns, and behavioral challenges, using supportive and constructive approachesMaintain open communication with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvementQualificationsDiploma or degree in vocational hospitality, childcare, or a related fieldFresher or minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel or resort settingCurrent First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment)Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and security clearanceStrong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact positively with children, parents, and team membersPhysical stamina and ability to remain active throughout shifts while supervising childrenDemonstrated patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence when working with diverse age groupsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and professionallyFlexibility to adapt to changing schedules and willingness to support team initiativesKnowledge of child development, safety protocols, and age-appropriate activities (preferred)Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory and registration management (preferred)
