Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Shenzhen. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in August 2026.Job responsibilitiesTogether with three teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. During this time, you will:Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environmentLesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organizationUtilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children developmentCollaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learningHelp children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child's performance and progress on regular basisRequirementsBachelor degree, or aboveTESL/TEFL/TESOL certificateWorking experience preferredPatience and a passion for teaching young learnersBenefitsSalary and benefitsMonthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualificationsYear-end bonus of 10,000 RMB after finishing one-year contractFlight AllowancePublic holidaysSummer and Winter holidaysMedical InsuranceResidence and work permit sponsorship
