Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in downtown Shanghai. This is position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in September 2026.Job responsibilitiesTogether with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environmentLesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organizationUtilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children developmentCollaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learningHelp children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child's performance and progress on regular basisRequirementsBachelor's degree or above in early childhood education or related field of studyAt least 2 year of teaching experience in formal classroom settingMust have TEFL/TESOL certification (at least 120 hours)Excellent English communicative skillsBenefitsSalary and benefitsMonthly salary of 28,000 to 32,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsPaid Summer, Winter and Public holidaysMeal provided on working daysMedical InsuranceResidence and work permit sponsorship
