Graduates earn both an American Graduation Diploma and a diploma from the Ministry of Education, supporting diverse higher education and career pathways for learners.Role Description The Kindergarten Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The teacher is responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons aligned with the American curriculum, focusing on early literacy, numeracy, social skills, and creative exploration. Daily tasks include creating a safe and engaging classroom environment, preparing instructional materials, assessing student progress, and maintaining clear documentation of learning outcomes. The role involves regular communication with families, collaboration with colleagues and school leadership, participation in school events and professional development, and adherence to school policies and regulatory guidelines. The Kindergarten Teacher is expected to foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes curiosity, positive behavior, and a love of learning.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong early childhood teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and activity design for young learners.Candidates should possess skills in student assessment, observation, and documentation to track learning progress and inform instruction.Candidates should possess clear, professional communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a multicultural environment.Candidates should possess skills in fostering inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environments that support diverse learning needs.Candidates should possess basic technology skills for using educational platforms, digital resources, and school communication systems.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field is preferred.Relevant teaching certification or license for early years/primary education is beneficial.Prior experience teaching kindergarten or early years in an international or American curriculum school is an advantage.Demonstrated commitment to child safeguarding, professional ethics, and continuous professional development is expected.
