Kindergarten Teacher

Pincushion Hill Montessori School is seeking a warm, experienced, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our school community for the 2026–2027 school year.Our Kindergarten classroom serves a small group of 9 children ages 5–6, providing an intimate environment where teachers can build strong relationships with each child and support their academic, social, emotional, and practical development.About the PositionFull-time Kindergarten TeacherSmall class of up to 10 childrenMontessori-inspired, child-centered environmentDaily opportunities for learning both indoors and outdoorsSupportive school community with a strong commitment to individualized educationSchool hours: 8:30 AM–3:30 PM, with additional responsibilities as neededWe are looking for someone who:Has experience working with kindergarten-aged childrenIs nurturing, patient, organized, and dependableValues hands-on, child-centered learningEnjoys spending time outdoors and incorporating nature into the classroomCan create a calm, engaging, and respectful classroom environmentWorks collaboratively with colleagues and familiesHas Montessori experience or training, preferredIf you are passionate about working with young children and are looking for a meaningful opportunity in a small, welcoming school community, we would love to hear from you!
