Kindergarten Teacher

Role Description This full-time, on-site Kindergarten Teacher role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Kindergarten Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development. Daily responsibilities include preparing classroom materials, teaching structured and play-based activities, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment. The role involves communicating regularly with parents and guardians, collaborating with school staff, and participating in professional development and training sessions. The teacher will also contribute to school events, follow school policies, and support a positive learning culture for all children.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in early childhood or kindergarten settings.Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills to design engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.Candidates should possess clear and empathetic Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.Candidates should possess Training and classroom management skills to guide children’s behavior and support their development.Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education, or a related field, is preferred.Relevant teaching certification or license and familiarity with early years curricula are beneficial.Ability to create an inclusive, culturally sensitive classroom and work collaboratively in a diverse school community.Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
