Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll do:Assemble sandwiches, wraps, and salads according to standardized recipes in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled production environment. Package finished products to meet quality standards and daily production targets while maintaining food safety compliance.Assemble sandwiches, wraps, and salads following exact recipes and portion specificationsBuild products in correct sequenceEnsure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control for every unit producedPackage completed sandwiches and wraps using flow wrap machinePortion salads into bowls with correct ingredient weights and dressing portionsApply labels with product name, ingredients, allergen warnings, and expiration datesInspect products for quality defects and remove any items not meeting standardsMaintain clean and organized workstation throughout production shiftMeet daily production targets within time constraintsReport equipment malfunctions or ingredient shortages to supervisor immediatelyFollow temperature monitoring and time-tracking procedures for food safetyAdhere to personal hygiene standards (gloves, hairnets, clean uniforms)Training:Dubai Municipality Basic Food Safety Training certification and OHC.In-house training on HACCP procedures, cross-contamination prevention, and hygiene protocolsRecipe and portion control training specific to our productsProduct assembly training on all sandwich, wrap, and salad SKUsPackaging equipment operation trainingWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
