The integrated team approach provides a seamless experience from initial design to final installation.Role Description The Kitchen Factory Foreman / Factory Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves overseeing daily factory operations, including scheduling and coordinating production activities for custom kitchen units. The supervisor monitors workflow on CNC machines and other equipment, ensures adherence to quality standards, and verifies accurate assembly and finishing of components. Responsibilities include managing factory staff, assigning tasks, training team members on processes and safety, and resolving production issues to maintain delivery timelines. The role also requires maintaining inventory of materials and hardware, enforcing health and safety regulations, and collaborating with design and installation teams to ensure specifications are met.Qualifications Strong experience in factory supervision or foreman roles within woodworking, joinery, or kitchen manufacturing environments.Knowledge of CNC manufacturing processes, hardware fitting (such as Blum or similar), and production workflows for custom cabinetry.Proficiency in quality control practices, inspection methods, and adherence to technical drawings and specifications.Effective leadership and team management skills, including task delegation, coaching, and performance monitoring.Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple orders, schedules, and production priorities.Basic understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to factory operations.Ability to communicate clearly with design, sales, and installation teams, and to document factory activities and reports.Diploma or technical qualification in woodworking, industrial production, mechanical, or related field is preferred.Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region and familiarity with luxury or high-end kitchen fitouts is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in Ras Al Khaimah and commit to full-time factory-based responsibilities.
