Kitchen Intern

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Intern to join our culinary team at Belle Patisserie.What You’ll Do* Assist chefs with mise-en-place and food preparation* Support daily kitchen and catering production* Learn professional cooking techniques, recipes and kitchen systems* Assist with events and live counters when required* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety* Participate in new dish and recipe trialsWho We’re Looking For* Culinary Arts / Hotel Management students or recent graduates* Passionate about food and eager to learn* Hardworking, disciplined and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen* Positive attitude and strong team playerHands-on exposure across catering, events, production and menu development.
