Candidates with fine dining, à la carte, or chef-driven concepts are welcome to apply.Sushi Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting premium sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and Japanese dishes with exceptional attention to quality, technique, presentation, and consistency. Candidates should have experience in Michelin-starred or high-end Japanese fine-dining venues, with standards aligned to the premium dining experience of Cinemacity Azul Lounge in Dubai.The Demi Chef de Partie Pastry supports the Chef de Partie in the daily execution of the assigned kitchen section, ensuring consistent food preparation, operational discipline, and efficient service delivery aligned with elevated dining operational standards of Cinemacity Azul Lounge in Dubai. This role combines solid technical skills, speed, organization, and teamwork to support seamless kitchen operations.The F&B Manager (Jordan) is responsible to oversee kitchen operations, menu development, food costing, quality standards, team development, manage and new F&B projects ensuring commercially viable and efficient concepts. This role requires supporting business development in Jordan through market insights, site visits, stakeholder coordination, project follow-up, and identifying new opportunities.The Executive Chef (Jordan) is responsible to oversee kitchen operations, menu development, food quality, costing, profitability, team training, and new F&B concepts/projects.
