Kitchen Steward

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join our team in a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout all kitchen and food service areas. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in hotel operations and hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and store all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking utensils.Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and dishwashing stations.Operate dishwashing machines and maintain them in proper working condition.Handle garbage collection and disposal in accordance with hotel procedures and Dubai Municipality hygiene standards.Ensure proper segregation and disposal of recyclable and non-recyclable waste.Follow HACCP, food safety, and occupational health & safety regulations at all times.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Steward, Stewarding Attendant, or similar role.Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours and handling manual tasks.What we offer:Competitive salary and service benefits.Accommodation, transportation, duty meals and accommodation meal (as per company policy).Medical insurance and Life insurance Annual leave benefits.Career growth opportunities within a renowned 5-star hospitality environment.
