With more than 33,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.20 billion in 2025.Job DescriptionAs Knowledge & Information Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving our technical knowledge and product data landscape. You will ensure that critical technical know-how, product information, and business data are structured, governed, and made accessible through innovative digital solutions. Working closely with technical, commercial, and IT stakeholders, you will drive digital transformation and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.Your responsibilities include:Own and further develop the Engineering Document Management System (EDMS) and related knowledge management platformsBuild, maintain, and continuously improve a centralized technical knowledge repositoryCapture, structure, and preserve technical know-how and best practices from global and local stakeholdersDefine and maintain standards, processes, and governance for technical documentation and product dataDrive product data quality initiatives and establish clear ownership and governance modelsAnalyze technical and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement potentialTranslate data and information into actionable insights supporting business decisionsLead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of digital and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and knowledge accessibilityPartner with Technical, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to implement scalable knowledge and data management processes Drive innovation initiatives and identify emerging technologies that create business valueQualificationsUniversity degree in Engineering, Information Management, Data Management, Knowledge Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of experience in knowledge management, data management, technical documentation, digital transformationStrong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and Product Information Management (PIM)Experience with digital platforms, databases, enterprise information systems, and AI-enabled solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environmentProficiency in English; German language skills are an advantageStructured, proactive, and solution-oriented working styleProject management and change management experience are an advantageExperience with AI-driven technologies, business intelligence tools, or knowledge management platforms is a plusAdditional InformationWe offer competitive compensation packages, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
