Knowledge Management Consultant

Seeking a Knowledge Management Consultant to drive content governance, documentation readiness, training adoption, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. This role will partner with technical and business stakeholders to improve documentation quality, repository governance, operational readiness, and organizational knowledge transfer.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain knowledge management roadmaps, taxonomy standards, content governance, and content lifecycle processes.Revise, launch, and track completion of documentation and content management training programs.Drive completion of documentation action plans, runbook migration efforts, and operational readiness activities.Assess knowledge repositories and recommend governance, organization, retention, and content management best practices.Lead the migration, maintenance, and standardization of operational, disaster recovery, and system documentation.Establish and mature Communities of Practice to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.Support enterprise knowledge management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.Required Qualifications5-7 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Strategy, Organizational Enablement, or related consulting roles.Experience developing content roadmaps, governance frameworks, and documentation programs.Proven experience establishing or supporting Communities of Practice.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate with architects, developers, infrastructure, and support teams.Excellent technical writing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with enterprise content and knowledge management platforms.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting large-scale technology transformations or platform implementations.Familiarity with COBIT 2019, ITIL, or similar governance frameworks.Experience with operational readiness, training programs, and change management initiatives.
