WE’RE HIRINGKOL / Affiliate SpecialistFAME is looking for a KOL / Affiliate Specialist to grow our creator and affiliate network across TikTok, Shopee, and social media platforms.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and build relationships with relevant KOLs, creators, and affiliatesManage KOL & affiliate collaborations from outreach, negotiation, briefing, product seeding, to executionDevelop affiliate strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and salesRecruit and maintain an active network of high-performing affiliatesCoordinate content and campaigns according to FAME’s brand directionMonitor performance including GMV, conversion, content performance, and affiliate contributionAnalyze campaign results and identify opportunities for optimizationKeep up with creator, fashion, TikTok, Shopee, and social commerce trendsRequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in KOL, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or related fieldsFamiliar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, and social media platformsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsData-driven and comfortable analyzing campaign performanceProactive, organized, and target-orientedPassionate about fashion, content, and social commerceHaving an existing network of KOLs, creators, or affiliates is a plus📍 Surabaya📩 Send your CV & portfolio to: career@hsmcorp.comSubject: KOL / Affiliate Specialist – [Your Name]
