Korean-Spanish Interpreter

Position Objective Provide Korean-Spanish and Spanish-Korean translation and interpretation support across various organizational activities, facilitating effective communication between Korean and Mexican personnel to contribute to the achievement of the objectives and goals established by the management team.ResponsibilitiesInterpret conversations during meetings, briefings, and activities on the production floor between Korean and Mexican personnel, ensuring accurate, clear, and objective communication.Participate in daily morning meetings with production personnel, facilitating communication among team members.Translate documents, reports, and work materials according to departmental needs.Provide interpretation support for everyday conversations in offices and operational areas.Manage and control office supplies required by the department.Conduct research and prepare presentations and reports according to assigned tasks.Enter production data into the PMS system in accordance with the Production Manager's instructions.Prepare expense reports and expense reimbursement documentation as requested by the Production Manager.Occasionally follow up on purchase requests from the Production Department in coordination with the Purchasing Department.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Languages, or a related field.Proficiency in both Korean and Spanish, both spoken and written.Experience in Korean-Spanish translation and interpretation, preferably in the industrial sector.Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different levels of the organization.Availability to provide interpretation services in office and operational areas.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Proactivity, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
