Korean Speaking PM/Senior IT Comtor/Project Coordinator

GDS is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead Physical AI and robotics data collection projects.This role is responsible for identifying suitable factories, workshops, vocational schools, and other collection sites, coordinating field operations, and scaling delivery teams across multiple locationsWebsite: https://lotus-ts.com/ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the end-to-end management of Data Annotation/AI Data projects for Korean clients.Act as the main point of contact and communicate directly with clients in Korean regarding requirements, plans, progress, quality, and arising issues.Receive client requirements, analyze the scope, and translate them into implementation plans for the internal team.Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, workload, manpower/resource allocation, productivity, and delivery.Manage teams consisting of Sub Leads/Leaders, Reviewers/QA, Annotators, and other relevant resources.Monitor project KPIs, including progress, productivity, quality, utilization/busy rate, and costs.Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks; propose solutions and escalate issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with QA/Training teams to develop guidelines and training plans and improve quality.Manage changes to specifications/guidelines from clients and ensure consistent implementation across the team.Prepare regular reports and carry out project governance activities in accordance with company policies.Coordinate with the Delivery Lead and Sales, HR/Recruitment, and Finance teams when project expansion or changes in project scale are required.Propose improvements to processes, tools, and operational methods to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.Qualifications5+ years experience in Senior IT Comtor or 2-3 years experience in Project Management/Team Management; experience in BPO, Data Annotation, AI Data, or large-scale BPO operations is preferred.Ability to manage people, timelines, quality, and costs simultaneously, rather than focusing only on task management.Experience working directly with clients and handling issues/escalations.Korean proficiency sufficient for direct business communication with clients, including meetings, chat/email, requirement discussions, and issue resolution without relying entirely on a Comtor.Ability to plan resources, allocate workloads, and monitor productivity.Strong data-driven mindset and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools.Proactive, high level of ownership, and ability to work effectively in an environment with frequent changes. Benefits:Attractive salary.
