Drive measurable business outcomes by establishing KPI and SLA frameworks, value realization models, and benefits tracking for AI-native business process transformation. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine KPIs and SLAs with baselines, target values, and business owners.Build value and ROI models to measure programme outcomes.Establish a benefits realization framework and track business value delivery.Implement process intelligence using runtime telemetry to detect, measure, analyze, and continuously improve performance.Drive continuous improvement against the defined benefits framework. Qualifications8+ years of experience in Performance Management, Value Realization, or Benefits Management.Experience developing business cases and ROI models.Experience delivering Government or large Enterprise transformation programmes.
