KUKA Robot Operator

‏⁦We looking for an experienced KUKA Robot Operator to join our team in Riyadh and support our digital and robotic fabrication projects.Position: KUKA Robot Operator📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia⏱ Full-time⁩Key Responsibilities:⁦Operate, set up, and monitor KUKA industrial robotic arms for fabrication and machining processes.Prepare, load, and execute robotic toolpaths according to project requirements.Perform robot calibration, tool setup, and workpiece positioning.Set and adjust operating parameters to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.Prepare materials, fixtures, and work areas before robotic fabrication.Monitor machining and fabrication processes and make necessary adjustments during operation.Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of the robotic system and related equipment.Identify operational issues and coordinate maintenance when required.Work with different materials such as timber, stone, GRC, plaster, foam, and metal.Follow all safety, quality, and equipment operating procedures.Maintain records of machine settings, toolpaths, production runs, and technical issues.Collaborate with designers and project teams to convert digital designs into fabricated components.⁦Requirements:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating industrial robotic arms.Direct experience with KUKA robots is strongly preferred.Practical experience with robotic fabrication, toolpaths, calibration, and machining setups.Good understanding of fixturing, tolerances, machining processes, and material behavior.Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.Experience working with multiple fabrication materials is preferred.Preferred / Added Advantage:Background in computational or parametric design.Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper.Ability to prepare or modify digital geometry for robotic fabrication.A portfolio demonstrating real fabricated projects, not only digital renders.Creativity is highly valued.
