With more than 1,200 consultants across 10 countries, we combine business and IT expertise to support leading institutions in transformation projects.Our core areas:➡ Quantitative Finance➡ Risk & Compliance➡ Operations & Finance➡ Transformation & Organization➡ Information Systems🔎 We are looking for a KYC Analyst📝 MAIN TASKSPerform KYC due diligence and reviews for low, medium, and high-risk Corporate & Investment Banking clients.Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Prepare and review KYC memos, risk assessments, and client documentation.Liaise with Front Office, Compliance, and Client Service teams to collect and validate customer information.Participate in governance and operational meetings with key stakeholders.Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround time KPIs while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Support process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency projects.Assist with team coordination activities, workload allocation, reporting, and operational dashboards when required.Deliver knowledge sharing sessions and training for new joiners and existing team members.Contribute to SOP creation, process reviews, risk identification, and best practice implementation.🧩 YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLSBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.Proven experience in KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), or Financial Crime Compliance within the banking or financial services sector.Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to customer onboarding and periodic reviews.Experience handling low, medium, and high-risk client files.Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is highly valued.Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Team-oriented attitude with strong adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus.Hybrid position based in Porto.🎁 WHAT WE OFFERThis role offers a gross annual salary between €15.000 and €38.500, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.Permanent contract (CTI).Meal allowance.Health insurance.22 days of annual leave plus one additional day: Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications.Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth.Career progression plan.Ongoing follow-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.
