With more than 1200 consultants across 10 countries, we combine business and IT expertise to support leading institutions in transformation projects.Our core areas:➡Quantitative Finance➡Risk & Compliance➡Operations & Finance➡Transformation & Organization➡ Information Systems.🔎We are looking for a KYC AnalystMAIN TASKSPerform KYC due diligence on CIB clients across low, medium and high-risk files, including quality checks and the preparation of KYC/compliance memos when required.Actively contribute to key meetings and stakeholder interactions with Compliance, CCO, Business, IT, Projects, Platform Management, Client Service/KYC Coordination and Front Office teams.Support team performance and development by delivering training to new joiners and existing staff, monitoring KPIs such as quality, productivity and processing times, and fostering a collaborative environment.Act as a backup to the Team Leader, supporting workload allocation, performance tracking, process gap analysis, risk identification, SOPs and operational dashboards.Drive continuous improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities for process simplification, automation and elimination of non-value-added activities, working closely with analysts, team leads and IT.Develop broader KYC expertise by being cross-trained in at least one additional KYC area.YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLSUniversity degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Law or a related field.Previous experience in KYC/AML, Compliance or Financial Services is valued.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of VBA is a plus.Strong and structured written and verbal communication skills.High level of adaptability, curiosity and willingness to learn.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach.Strong attention to data processing, accuracy and quality.Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations or conflicts.Analytical mindset and interest in process improvement, automation and innovation.WHAT WE OFFERThis role offers a gross annual salary between 20.000€ to 31.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.Permanent contract (CTI).Meal allowance.Health Insurance.Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications.Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth.Career progression plan.Ongoing follow-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.🚀If you feel this opportunity is for you, send your CV and join our team!
