Greetings from Stanco..!Training & Facilitation ·Co-deliver onboarding and induction training for new hires (customer service, front-of-house, and play area staff) alongside the L&D Manager. · Conduct refresher and on-the-job training sessions on customer service standards, guest handling, safety protocols, and brand behaviours. · Support the L&D Manager in designing training content, activities, and role-plays tailored to a kids' entertainment/hospitality environment. · Conduct floor observations and provide real-time coaching and feedback to staff. · Assist in conducting assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations to measure training effectiveness.L&D Administration & Coordination · Manage the end-to-end training calendar — scheduling sessions, booking venues/rooms, and sending invites. · Maintain accurate training records: attendance, completion status, certifications, and training history for all employees. · Prepare and update training materials, presentations, manuals, and SOPs. · Coordinate with department heads/supervisors to identify training needs and schedule sessions without disrupting operations. · Track and follow up on training completion, pending certifications, and refresher due-dates. · Prepare regular reports/dashboards for the L&D Manager (training hours, attendance %, completion rates, feedback scores). · Handle logistics for external trainers, vendors, or training venues where required.Experience: 3–5 years in a training/L&D role, ideally within retail, hospitality, F&B, or customer service-driven environments. ·Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages a plus). ·Facilitation: Strong presentation and facilitation skills — comfortable training groups and individuals. · Administration: Strong organizational skills — able to manage schedules, records, and reports independently.If interested please share profiles to maria.j@stancosolutions.com/ hemapriya.s@stancosolutions.com
