Apply & track with Apply EdgePURPOSE OF THE JOBTo support the Group Talent Acquisition and Development function by identifying business and functional capability requirements and translating them into structured learning solutions. The role is responsible for annual training needs analysis and plans, mandatory and technical training, leadership and talent development programmes, LMS governance, training compliance and reporting. A key focus is to design, develop and personally deliver effective in-house learning programmes tailored to business and functional requirements, while partnering with divisions to strengthen employee capability and organisational performance.Job Accountabilities Training Needs Analysis & Annual Learning PlanLead the annual TNA process with business divisions and translate identified capability gaps into a prioritised, approved and measurable annual training plan.Learning Design & In-house DeliveryDesign, develop and deliver in-house courses based on business and functional requirements, including learning objectives, facilitator materials, participant content, activities and assessments; continuously improve programmes using feedback and business outcomes.Mandatory & Technical TrainingCoordinate and monitor mandatory, compliance and technical training requirements with relevant functions, ensuring timely completion, accurate records and appropriate follow-up on gaps.Leadership, Talent & Development ProgrammesSupport the leadership and employee development initiatives, ensuring programmes are aligned with organisational capability and development priorities.LMS Governance & Learning AdministrationOwn LMS governance for learning activities, including course/catalogue setup, assignments, completion records, learning requests, reporting and data accuracy, and drive effective utilisation of the platform.Learning Compliance, Reporting & EffectivenessMaintain training governance and audit-ready records; prepare dashboards and management reports on participation, completion, training hours, costs and effectiveness, and recommend corrective actions.Continuous Improvement & Learning CulturePromote a continuous learning culture by introducing practical learning solutions, knowledge-sharing and blended learning approaches, while keeping programmes aligned with changing business needs.Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline. Professional L&D/HR qualifications such as CIPD, ATD, CIMA learning certification or equivalent is preferred. Train-the-Trainer / instructional design certification is an advantage.Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of progressive Learning & Development experience, preferably within a large diversified organisation, with hands-on experience in TNA, programme design, facilitation, LMS administration/governance and management of leadership, technical and compliance learning. Proven experience designing and delivering in-house courses is essential.Skills & Knowledge required: Strong instructional design and facilitation capability; ability to design and deliver engaging in-house courses; TNA and annual training planning; LMS/SuccessFactors Learning knowledge; leadership and talent development; learning evaluation and analytics; training compliance and governance; vendor and budget management; stakeholder management; presentation and communication skills; project management; strong MS Office/PowerPoint/Excel capability; ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into practical learning solutions.
